Sections cover: - quick reference materials (eg. summary of metric terms, conversion factors, common area and volume formulae) - complex formulae (area of triangles and other shapes, volume of solids) - how to do calculations (with brief explanation of the formula to use and how to identify the measurements to use) including volume of blast holes, blast design parameters, calculating explosives required, geometrical formulae and density of various rock types - converting metric measures to imperial and vice versa - drill and blast terms and definitions.
