The notion of a life-friendly work place inevitably conjures up an image of a life divided into two irreconcilable bits, one inside work and one outside work, and the objective is to somehow soften the irreconcilabilities. This presentation explores how to make work life-friendly. It exposes the assumptions that need to be dismantled in order to allow integration (not balance) of work and life.
