These guidelines have been developed to help vocational education and training service providers to meet their equity goals. They draw together a number of workable strategies to address the difficulties that are common to groups whose experience of education and training has not always been successful. Using the guidelines will help providers meet the needs of these clients and will also assist providers in meeting a number of equity-related legislative and reporting requirements. They can also be used as a useful resource for organisations seeking quality endorsement.
