Exploring options: a guide to professional development resources for providing learner-centred vocational education and training

In late 1995, the Professional and Career Development (PACD) Unit of WA Department of Training commissioned a 'Professional development for flexible delivery project' to help develop competence in the provision of a range of training delivery options. This guide is an outcome of that project. It explores a number of issues and looks at targeting learners, construction of learning materials, and provision of learning interactions. There is a comprehensive annotated bibliography and reference list.
