Specific purpose project: food industry regional demographic project

The Food Industry Employment and Training Council (WA) (Food IETC), in its role as training advisory council to the WA food and beverage industry, found it necessary to identify regional food and beverage processors and survey them regarding training and access to training in the regions. 385 companies were identified. 162 responded to the survey. Of these, 106 completed questionnaires.
