Research undertaken by KPMG Management Consulting in The Changing Face of TAFE project during 1992/3 and the subsequent Promotion Strategy for TAFE identified the need for all TAFE staff to be involved in marketing. To date there have been staff who have had little in the way of marketing support. This guide seeks to work toward satisfying this need.
