Staff development policy and priorities framework for the State Training System 1996 - 1997

This booklet sets out the policy and priorities framework which guide the Office of Training and Further Education's relationship with training providers in the area of state-wide support for staff training and development. The framework and its content represents the OTFE's view of how best to manage an appropriate approach to staff development in the highly devolved public training system.
