This folder contains five brochures describing the services of the Open Training Services (OTS). OTS is a project-based consultancy, management and referral service, established by the State Training Board in early 1994 to give practical support to the State Training System in the development of more open and flexible ways of designing and delivering training to meet the needs of industry and individual learners. OTS initiates and co-ordinates change through funded projects which enable providers to build productive learning alliances with industry and to deliver quality training, using appropriate technology and open learning and flexible delivery approaches.
