ITB/OTFE 'best practice': towards improving our performance

The relationship between the Office of Training and Further Education (OTFE) and Victorian Industry Training Boards (ITBs) was the underlying issue of the 'Best Practice' seminar and workshop, held May 1994. The OTFE hopes to have demonstrated its commitment to improving this relationship with the expectation that an improvement in the OTFE/ITB working relationship will result in the advancement of the outputs of both parties.
