This pamphlet describes the Open Learning Office Skills Program conducted by the South West College of Tafe, Warrnambool, Victoria. It is a workplace training program aimed at administrative and clerical workers and it involves workplace supervisors in the role of trainer and skills assessor. The program is comprised of ten workplace training modules and covers such areas as machine operation, keyboarding, computing enterprise and industry knowledge and business and financial skills.
