This is one of a series of three English as a second language (ESL) literacy readers designed to fill the gap for very easy, yet appropriate reading material for women beginner readers of English. This reader is student written and designed to stimulate student writing. It can also lead to discussion on the reason for adult immigrant women learner's literacy problems. The illustrations in this text (as opposed to the other two readers) are purely illustrative and do not substitute for text.
