The Victorian TAFE Off-Campus Network (VTOCN) received funding from the TAFE Board for a study ‘to determine which year 12 program is most suitable for offer by the VTOCN’. This is a report of the study which investigated things such as: objectives of TAFE students; effectiveness of different types of program; acceptability of different types of program; relative ease of development; support systems required for students and tutors; innovative modes of delivery (e.g. fleximode); and cost-effectiveness.
