The purpose of this guide is to help people evaluate technical and vocational education curricula, containing procedures, checklists and forms which enable it to be used widely for extensive evaluations of comprehensive curricula. It can also assist evaluators as they collect, analyse and report information for surveying attitudes, observing programmes or measuring achievement. Since the guide also explains concepts and vocabulary common to evaluation it can be used by both experienced evaluators and novices.
