'NACE journal', published four times a year, covers both sides of the college career services and human resources (HR)/staffing field. Koc (p. 22-24), research suggests that the perception that technology has altered the way college recruiting is managed is true, at least on a cursory level; 'Ready, tech, go!: considering student preferences in using new and traditional technology' by Claire Klieger and Elizabeth Kradjian (p. 25-32), learn how career service practitioners at the University of Pennsylvania examined different types of technology to better reach their students; 'What's new in new media?' by Maureen Crawford Hentz (p. 33-35), a seasoned recruiter looks at new media and how these venues might be and are being used for recruiting; 'Evolving e-etiquette in the workplace' by Meg Langland (p. 37-40), when college graduates go from campus to corporate, they often find a new set of rules governing the use of Internet technologies during working hours; 'Relevance on a budget' by Sara Crow (p. 42-44, 48), no matter what the method of communication, career services can strengthen its brand by delivering a consistent message; 'Video resumes and interviews: are paper and in-person passe?' by Pattie Giordiani (p. 45-47), it remains to be seen if employers will widely accept the use of video interviews and resumes.
