This paper examines radical changes in skills development for work and life, and implications for the content of education and schooling, especially of technical and vocational education and training (TVET). It particularly focuses on skills development for employability and workforce education, provides an overview of current issues on the changing world of work, alternative visions of the future of work, and implications of the radical changes for education.
