With this backdrop three Indian organizations NALCO [National Aluminium Company Ltd.], IDBI [Industrial Developmental Bank of India Ltd.], and BHEL [Bharat Heavy Electrical Ltd.] are taken into account to study their training activities and the type of training information system they are using.
