This report is the result of an investigation designed to explore the TAFE needs of Aborigines and where appropriate to recommend broad guidelines for future possible action-research and developmental programmes. Information was collected from six sources: (1) national statistics; (2) responses to a questionnaire; (3) responses to interviews; (4) written submissions; (5) discussions with TAFE staff; and (6) relevant literature. 10 recommendations are given, including that there is a need for further and continued research.
