This conference, hosted by the State Training Board of Victoria, focuses on the importance of education and training in ensuring a trained and skilled workforce in Victoria, with a particular focus on the importance of quality training for apprentices and trainees. The conference program was structured to allow delegates to listen and learn from one another and to share best practice case studies from Victoria's apprenticeship and traineeship system. The conference encouraged debate and discussion in the hopes of contributing to delegates' commitment to quality training for Victorians. This publication presents the conference program. The contents include overviews of workshops and copies of some overheads. It does not contain the full-text of any papers.
