CHC02 Review: phase one scoping report

The Community Services & Health Industry Skills Council (CS&H ISC) has embarked on a review of the Community Services Training Package (CHC02), which was endorsed in 1999 and last reviewed in 2002. This scoping report describes the process undertaken as part of the first stage of the Review. Its aims are to determine: the issues encountered in the implementation of the current CHC02; the skill requirements of the industry since the endorsement of CHC02; the extent of work to be undertaken to make amendments and additions to the current Community Services Training Package CHC02; and category two changes required to Health Training Package HLT07 to bring improved alignment across health and community services industries.
