Non-formal education for youth and adults: the perspective of civil society: new challenges

This article offers reflections and concerns about the issue of non-formal education for youths and adults in Uruguay, in particular the issue of the restricted citizenship experienced by a significant proportion of the population, women in particular, and the important role of education in mitigating this.
