This project aimed to help Batchelor College more closely match its educational and vocational training programs to labour market requirements and to Aboriginal community aspirations. Specifically, the project was to: identify the kinds of employment, education, and training programs that should be provided for Aboriginal people in rural and remote areas of the NT; and identify a mechanism for establishing and maintaining an ongoing database for future planning. Statistical tables and graphs complement the text. 'December 1993' report. Includes summary of findings, recommendations, list of groups consulted, advisory committee membership list, and bibliography.
