Submission on the ANTA 'paper for consultation' - Siganto report recommendations

This document consists of: a cover letter from Peter Glynn, Secretary of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) to Bill Hall, Director of the National Centre for Vocational Education Research (NCVER); NECA's submission; and the 'Electrical contracting industry award: restructuring brochure'. The Siganto report or 'Review of national [Industry Training Advisory Board] ITAB boundaries: final report' (1994) concerned industry's influence on the allocation of government money for vocational education and training. Bil Siganto gave his advice to the Board of the Australian National Training Authority (ANTA); NECA is here giving its negative response to his recommendations.
