Industry training advisory structures: training, the next step

This document describes the establishment of the industry training boards (ITBs) in Victoria, what they will do, how they are formed and funded, and their future role. Attached is a copy of a submission to the Minister of Education for funding the Industry Training Development Program for 1989, and a speech by Mr Ivan Deveson, chairman of the STB and Managing Director of Nissan Australia.
