National Training Board second annual report: 1990/91

The National Training Board (NTB) was established in April 1990 to take responsibility for the setting of national skill standards. Its main role was to assist industry to develop and then endorse national competency standards for occupations and classifications in industry or enterprise awards or agreements as the basis for the introduction of competency-based training (CBT). This report describes progress during the Board's first full year of operations.
