Tasmanian training profile, 1994

The focus of this profile, which builds on the foundation provided by the 1993 Training Division Training Plan, is on the allocation of growth funds. Priority areas include: improving the advisory and planning process involving Industry Training Boards; developing flexible delivery; accelerating the design and review of courses in the competency based training (CBT) format; developing/extending training in key industries; and increasing opportunities in entry-level training and in adult (vocational) literacy programs.
