Report of the Fifth Meeting of the Technical Committee of APSDEP, held in Seoul, Republic of Korea 11-18 October 1983. The report reviews APSDEP's past and planned activities for the periods 1982-83 and 1983-84, respectively. The meeting also approved the networking arrangements that will be carried out by APSDEP. Further financing and more active support by member countries was also discussed. New fields of work that could be explored were suggested. The report contains the agenda, statements and recommendations. A list of participants is included.
