Open learning 2000: proceedings of the 4th international conference on open learning [part 3]

The theme for the 2000 conference was 'Generating opportunities' and the conference examined ways in which open learning approaches and new technologies address the following issues/sub-themes: the learning age; change and professional development; delivery support and management; and communities and opportunities.
