This paper explores the level of progress made in ‘ensuring that all young people had available to them a curriculum (and a certification regime) that would engage them through Year 12 and would lead on to meaningful next steps for them’. It provides an account of the way each State/Territory is positioned and concludes by drawing out some of the key similarities and differences across the jurisdictions.
