With significant changes occurring in the field of education, there is a constant need for individuals and organisations to engage in continuous adaptation and innovation. Unfortunately, when implementing change, there is often more failure than success, with many difficulties arising when it comes time to put theory into practice. These failures are damaging to staff and students as well as costly to implement. This publication offers a practical guide to change management for teachers and administrators across all education sectors and for training managers in workplace settings.
