Productive diversity and corporate sustainability: the business case

This paper presents the business case for productive diversity as a factor in business sustainability, examining corporate values that underpin productive diversity and corporate social responsibility (CSR). CSR is defined as a concept whereby 'companies decide voluntarily to contribute to a better society and a cleaner environment'. The paper details how firms consider productive diversity has enhanced their competitive advantage and concludes with a guided introduction to a wide range of practical resource materials on productive diversity and CSR.
