The seventh Australian VET Research Association conference: learner & practitioner - the heart of the matter [refereed papers]

The theme for the seventh Australian Vocational Education and Training Research Association (AVETRA) national conference, held in Canberra from 17-19 March 2004, was 'Learner & practitioner - the heart of the matter'. Papers presented at the conference included both refereed and non-refereed papers and examined issues such as meeting learner needs, innovation in workplace learning, and current topics and research in vocational education and training.
