Nespoli, Linda Lam and Jacob Farbman (p. 26-28), which outlines how a New Jersey state government directive will provide for a statewide systemic approach to workforce development with community colleges at its core; 'Apprenticeships: opportunities for the workforce' by Irving Pressley McPhail (p. 30-31), which argues that community colleges should build more relationships with professional apprentice programs as a means of workforce training.
