Involving the community in education initiatives: an evaluation of a neighborhood-based small business training program

This paper describes the strategies used to enhance the quality of education offered by a business training program using a community's collaborative approach. The role of evaluation in helping organisations learn is examined and techniques for involving the community in all stages of the process are given.
