Characterised by information and communication technology, regional services provided for enterprises are seen as a growth area with positive employment trends, particularly for graduates of higher education, students and those making a transition from other fields. In-company training is becoming more and more important: it is regarded as an opportunity for personnel recruitment. New information technology (IT), media and commercial occupations are widely accepted. Currently, one third of such young, innovative enterprises provide training but the training potential of these companies has not yet been realised. New skills demands are expected in this sector.
