The 2002 ASTD learning outcomes report

The investments in workplace learning by employers are growing rapidly and becoming increasingly strategic. Since 1991, the American Society for Training and Development has been working with firms with world class training practices to create standards for measuring and valuing firms' investments in education and training. This report provides an overview of what has been revealed from data collected between 1998 to 2001 using the Measurement Kit.
