The 2002 ASTD state of the industry report

This report provides an annual account of trends in workplace learning and performance in the United States. Key findings in this report include: there was a growth in spending on employer provided training between 1999 and 2000; payments to outside training companies rose; and e-learning returns rose to its highest level since 1997.
