Training and development in Australia, vol. 29, no. 6, December 2002

This issue also contains: 'Skills are the key to customer service' (p. 4-5) in which Terry Towell, Managing Director of Allianz Australia speaks to Geoff Kelly about training and development; and a summary of the 2002 AITD conference.
