Employment outcomes from vocational education: a study of business management technicians in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago

The purpose of this study was to describe labour market outcomes for 500 business management technicians who attended vocational education and training courses at state-run technical institutes in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Participants completed a four-page questionnaire about the extent to which post-education employment was related to their studies. Moderate to high levels of job-relatedness were reported by 77% of the participants.
