Blended learning: how to integrate online & traditional learning

This publication provides a guide to the training technique of blended learning. This technique enables trainers and staff developers to integrate online learning with a broad range of more traditional learning methods. The technique suggests a solution to the challenges of designing learning and development to meet individual needs.
