It then looks at how in-company training programs are designed, covering the aims of the program, the bodies and staff involved, the stages of implementation, the training method, duration, timetable and various methods of remuneration. The evaluation of in-company training programs is outlined and specific support activities are discussed as well as the profile of the support team.
