Case study on costs and financing of SKILL, a mobile training program in Nepal

This paper reports on SKILL, a mobile training program which imparts skills and knowledge in small towns and rural areas of Nepal. SKILL training courses are short-term, conducted at the local community level and can be described as training for generating low level self employment, and skilled and semi-skilled people. In most cases SKILL conducts training activities jointly with local community organisations.
