Trainer to master trainer: a training initiative of government

The article presents a planned effort of Government of India in developing 'Quality Trainers' to meet the objectives of National Training Policy through Trainer's Development Project (TDP). It also critically examines the role of 'Quality Trainers' and offers some suggestions to carry the efforts further.
