The last decade has seen an increase in demand for adult training both in Australia as well as in Korea. In this article, the authors compare adult training in the two countries and conclude that in both countries, the better educated participate in longer training programs while the poorly educated tend to take on shorter on-the-job courses. However the retention rates differ with Korea having a lower attrition rate.
