Development of an instrument to assess students' perceptions of their vocational-technical educational experiences

An instrument was developed to assess student perceptions of their vocational-technical educational experiences. The instrument was field-tested, and data obtained from the field test were used to examine the internal structure of the instrument. Results show that scores from all items aligned well and almost exclusively on the dimensions for which they were developed. This instrument may prove useful to researchers of, and administrators in, vocational and technical settings.
