This report on case studies was produced as part of a project, 'Enterprise return on training investment in the Australian context'. The fieldwork for this project explored a range of approaches to demonstrate returns on investment in training which addressed enterprise priorities and used a range of training outcome indicators. The case studies are: (1) Management training within a restaurant chain; (2) Load and secure freight training at a national transport company; (3) Financial management training in a not-for-profit organisation; (4) A traineeship in care support services at a not-for-profit organisation; (5) Benefits of traineeships to one retailer; (6) Customer service training in a state government trading enterprise; (7) Customer service training in a hotel group.
