This guidebook has been designed as a framework for teachers to help them begin implementing attitudes, behaviour and non-technical competences (ABNCs). The guidebook begins by defining ABNC and its role within TVET. Six modules are then presented, together with a suggested implementation strategy and a list of member country experts.
