Private dynamics

This paper, putting forward the views of the Australian Council for Private Education and Training (ACPET), contends that it is nothing short of a national disgrace that government has not allocated funds to research private sector education and training. It is further suggested that national education and training policy does not acknowledge the dynamics of private education and training provision.
