Business impact project: best practice training strategies for owner/managers and trainers training entry level trainees in small businesses: trialling a regional approach: pilot phase: first draft final report

This is a draft final report of a major project of the Office of Training and Further Education (OTFE), Victoria. It documents the processes leading up to the development of the Business Impact Model, a regionally integrated approach to improving the skills and understanding of both owner/managers in smaller enterprises and of business support professionals including vocational educators and trainers. The project has documented some good practice and laid the foundation for further work.
