Principles and processes governing restructuring of the TAFE college network: position paper

This paper proposes a set of principles to govern any restructuring of the Victorian TAFE college network and to improve the delivery of vocational education and training. Proposed is a recognised process which VICAD would endorse to ensure that network structures improve VET delivery. The background to, as well as the principles and processes of, the proposed restructuring are explained.
