Review of on-costs for the NT Department of Education

This review of NT TAFE on-costs was undertaken by the TAFE National Centre for the NT Department of Education. The review undertook a survey of policies and practices in the states and ACT, interviewed NT TAFE officials, and prepared this report which identifies the strengths and weaknesses of the alternative approaches identified through the survey and the interviews, and recommends an appropriate formula for the NT.
